This policy explains what information Tycoon Hub collects, how we use it, who can see it and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Tycoon Hub is run by [Your full name or company name] ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your email address and username. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a Google account identifier. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us.
- Profile details: your bio, profile photo, Monopoly GO in-game name, friend code, friend link and privacy settings.
- Sticker album: the stickers you own, how many of each, and your wishlist.
- Activity in the app: friends and friend requests, trade offers, gifts, service listings, orders, reviews, giveaways you host or enter, shield alerts, reports you make, and messages and photos you send in chats.
- Seller applications: the details you provide when you apply to sell services.
- Support: anything you tell us when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Device token: a push notification token so we can send you notifications.
- Purchase records: if you subscribe to Tycoon+ or Seller, or pay to feature a service, the payment provider (PayPal on our website, or Google Play) tells us your subscription or order ID, the plan, its status and payment dates so we can switch your perks on and off. We never receive your card or bank details.
- Advertising identifier: if you use the free version, our ads provider may collect your device's advertising ID. See Ads.
- Technical information: basic information such as app version, device type and crash data that helps us keep the app working.
Information from other people
Other users may create information about you, for example by sending you a friend request, a message, a trade offer, or by reporting your account.
3. How we use it
UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for each use of your information. We rely on the following.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who can see your information
- Any signed-in user can see your username, profile photo, bio, badges, whether you have Tycoon+, your album completion, completed trade count, the stickers you have spare and need, and any services you list.
- Your friends can also see your Monopoly GO name, friend code and friend link (unless you turn this off in Edit Profile) and whether you have sent a shield alert.
- Chat messages can be read by the people in that chat.
- Our staff can view account and activity information, including messages, when needed to investigate a report, resolve a dispute, or keep the community safe.
6. Ads
Free members see ads provided by Google AdMob. Where required, we will ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings. Tycoon+ members do not see ads.

7. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an approved safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep it
- Your account and profile: for as long as your account is open.
- Chat messages, trades and orders: for as long as the accounts involved are open, so the other person keeps their history.
- Reports and moderation records: up to 2 years, so we can deal with repeated abuse.
- Purchase records: up to 6 years, as required for tax and accounting.
- Backups: removed within 90 days of deletion from our live systems.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use your information
- object to us using your information based on our legitimate interests
- ask for your information in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, contact us at [contact email]. We will reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to help first.
10. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, Edit Profile, Delete account. This removes your profile, photo, album, friends, trade list and public profile straight away. Some records, such as purchase records and moderation records, are kept for the periods set out above.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel it first in PayPal (Settings, Payments, Manage automatic payments) or in Google Play.
11. Children
Tycoon Hub is not intended for anyone under 13, and you must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use the app. If we learn that someone under 13 has created an account, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 is using Tycoon Hub, please contact us.
12. Security
Your information is stored with Google Firebase, which encrypts data in transit and at rest. Access to data is restricted by security rules so users can only see what this policy describes. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong password and never share your Monopoly GO login with anyone.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
